What actually decides the outcome
Both countries have excellent surgeons and both have volume operations that produce poor work. The country is not the variable — the clinic is. Turkey’s reputation for repair cases comes from its package model, in which the surgeon designs and technicians operate all day; India has clinics that run the same way, and they should be avoided just as firmly.
For a patient in India or the Gulf the practical difference is access. If a result needs attention, or the donor area was harvested too aggressively, being able to walk back into the same clinic and see the same surgeon matters more than the price gap. For a patient in the UK, the US or Australia, India is usually cheaper once the package is unbundled, and the consultation is with the operating surgeon in English.
Ask any clinic in either country the same question: will the surgeon perform the extraction and implantation, or supervise technicians who do? The answer separates practices far more reliably than the flag does.
