All consultation fees, procedure charges, packages, and advance payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
Payments once made cannot be reversed, disputed, or charged back.
Advance payments secure medical time, operation theatre slots, consumables, staff allocation, and planning costs.
Rescheduling of procedures is subject to doctor availability and clinic discretion.
Failure to attend on the scheduled date may result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
Any discounts, offers, or package benefits are conditional and may be withdrawn at the clinic’s discretion.
DR HAIR® is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways, banks, or technical issues.

5. Treatment Results & Expectations

All medical, aesthetic, cosmetic, and surgical procedures carry inherent risks and variable outcomes.
No assurance, guarantee, or warranty (express or implied) is provided regarding hair density, growth rate, coverage, permanence, or cosmetic appearance.
Photographs, videos, testimonials, before-after images, and marketing material are for representative and educational purposes only.
Results depend on multiple factors including age, genetics, donor area quality, scalp condition, compliance, and overall health.
Any revision or additional treatment, if required, shall be charged separately.

6. Eligibility & Patient Responsibility

Patients must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

DR HAIR® shall not be liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions, medications, addictions, or non-compliance.

14. Treatment-Specific Clauses

A. Hair Transplant Procedures (FUE / Sapphire / Advanced Techniques)

Hair transplant is a surgical medical procedure involving graft extraction and implantation.
Shedding of transplanted hair (shock loss) is a normal and expected phase.
Final results may take 9–15 months and vary individually.
Density, angle, direction, and coverage cannot be guaranteed.
Additional sessions may be required and are chargeable.

B. PRP / GFC / Growth Factor Treatments

These are supportive, non-surgical treatments and do not create new hair follicles.
Results vary and depend on consistency, severity of hair loss, and patient biology.
Maintenance sessions may be required.
No guarantee of hair regrowth or stoppage of hair fall is provided.

C. Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)

LHR results depend on hair color, skin type, hormonal status, and treatment adherence.
Multiple sessions are required; complete or permanent hair removal is not guaranteed.
Hormonal conditions may cause regrowth.

D. Laser Skin Treatments / Toning / Facials

Results are gradual and vary between individuals.
Temporary redness, sensitivity, or pigmentation changes may occur.
Strict post-procedure care and sun protection are mandatory.

E. Cosmetic & Aesthetic Procedures

Results are subjective and dependent on individual healing response.
