How to Reduce Hair Fall

Receding hairline, decrease in size of the ponytail, thinning hair, clumps of hair on the bathroom floor or pillow or comb. Amla (Gooseberry)

Mix amla and shikakai powder to make a paste. Apply this to your hair. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash off after a few minutes.

Mix powdered amla with lime juice. Apply this on your scalp and leave on for some time. Wash off.

Meditating is simply being aware instead of thinking, it helps you become a watcher of your own thoughts. Meditation helps in emotional and physical well-being and balances the immune system, which has a positive effect on the hair. As mentioned before, the hair is mostly made of protein. Even more, next to the water, the human body is mostly protein. As long as your digestive system is functioning and you are eating a diet of whole foods (like a Paleo diet) then chances are, you are getting enough protein.

However, just in case you are not getting usable protein, consider these options as great sources of protein: grass-fed beef, wild game, wild-caught cold-water fish such as salmon, eggs, green leafy vegetables, sprouts, and sprouted nuts/seeds and seaweeds.
