Meditating is simply being aware instead of thinking, it helps you become a watcher of your own thoughts. Meditation helps in emotional and physical well-being and balances the immune system, which has a positive effect on the hair. Herbs like chamomile and Tulsi have been known to soothe your fraught nerves.
